Pet Policy
It’s not home without your best friend by your side. That’s why we’re happy to invite your four-legged friends to join you at Drift Dunwoody. Our spacious apartment homes near Perimeter Mall are perfect for you and your pets, with plenty of room to stretch out or chase a favorite toy, and several parks nearby. A pet fee is due at move-in and pet rent is due monthly. Each apartment home is limited to two pets (some breed restrictions apply). PET POLICY Pet Rent $20 Per Month, Per Pet Limit of Two Pets, Up to 80 Pounds Each Nonrefundable Pet Fee $400 for First Pet, $550 for Two Pets Please contact our leasing team for additional details.
